Sales are easy to see. Costs are not.
Invoices already say where the money went. We read them, sort them into a management P&L, and put it in your inbox by the 3rd of the month.
For independent cafés, bars and restaurants in Poland.
A short call, then your first report — covering the last six months, free.
KSeF is now mandatory. For the first time every cost invoice a venue receives sits in one place, in a structured format — which is why this needs five minutes of your time instead of a bookkeeping habit.
The questions you can't settle by looking at the account
- Are we actually making money this month, or just holding cash? Operating margin for the month, not the bank balance.
- What does delivery really cost us after commissions, ads and penalties? Every platform invoice broken down by fee type, as a share of channel sales.
- Is rent still a reasonable share of what we take? Rent, utilities and labour as percentages of net sales.
- Which supplier quietly raised prices, and by how much? Every position compared with what you paid the month before.
- Can this venue carry a second one? Which costs are fixed and which scale with sales.
- Why was last month worse, exactly? Line by line against the previous month — what moved and by how much.
Every one of these is answerable from documents you already receive. Three hundred invoices a month — nobody has two days for that.
How it works
Connect KSeF
One authorisation. No POS integration, no ERP, no accounting software to replace. Five minutes, once.
5 min, once
Add the one number we can't read
Your net sales for the month, from your till. That is the only thing we need from you — KSeF alone gives us a full cost picture. Anything else is optional and makes the report sharper: photos of cash receipts, a utility bill, a payroll total. Any format, whenever it lands. You never categorise, tag or type anything in.
Your part
The report arrives on the 3rd
Every cost line as a percentage of sales, compared with last month and with the same month a year ago. What moved is called out. What didn't stays quiet. One PDF in your inbox. Nothing to log into.
Monthly
Your first report doesn't start next month
KSeF already holds your invoice history. Your first report covers the last six months — cost structure, trend, seasonality — so you can see how the year has actually gone before you change anything. After that, a new one every month.
What you get
The real shape of your costs
Food, labour, rent, utilities, delivery platforms — as percentages of sales, not as a pile of invoices. The numbers the industry actually manages by: food cost, labour cost, prime cost, operating margin. Delivery platforms included — commissions, ads and penalties broken out as a share of the sales they actually generated.
What changed, and by how much
Line by line against last month and last year. A supplier's 12% increase doesn't hide inside a total any more.
The money you never noticed leaving
Penalties, service fees, ad spend on delivery platforms, subscriptions that renewed, contracts that auto-extended. Small lines that never make it into a spreadsheet because nobody types them in.
You won't find this in your accounts

We don't replace your accountant. They file. We explain.
What we ask from you
Read-only access to KSeF — revocable at any time, and we cannot issue invoices in your name.
Your monthly sales figure
Optional: any receipts and bills that don't go through KSeF
Nothing else
No POS integration. No change to how you work with your accountant.
What we don't do
- We don't replace your accountant. This is a management report, not a tax filing
- We don't need access to your till or your bank
- We don't share your data with your suppliers or anyone else
- We don't sell you software to learn. The report arrives — that's the product
We start with a conversation. Tell us about your venue.
